Dr. Sandy Schwartz, DAOM, L. Ac. (AC01090)
Dr. Schwartz is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM), licensed acupuncturist and board certified in herbal medicine. She received her Bachelors of Business in 1984 from the University of Texas in Austin. In 2008 she received her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) from the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin (AOMA). In 2016 she completed her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM), also from AOMA, and is one of the first and few acupuncturists in Texas to attain a DAOM. She is also a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine of NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). Dr. Sandy specializes in treating pain, infertility, and allergies (using NAET). She also helps patients get off of drugs with a whole body healing approach.
In 2020, Dr. Sandy published her first book, Acupuncture Business Success Book: The Ultimate Step-by-Step Guide For Building and Growing a Profitable Acupuncture Practice, which is proving to be the next industry standard for coursework in business success at the schools of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the U.S.
Yan Wei Chan, MAOM, L. Ac. (AC01089)
Yan Wei Chan is a Licensed Acupuncturist. She received her Bachelor of Science in 2002 from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. In 2008 she received her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) from the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin (AOMA). She is also a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine from NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). Yan specializes in treating allergies, pain, and menstrual irregularity. She is passionate about helping patients take charge of their own health (achieving optimal health naturally) by making healthy lifestyle changes along with her acupuncture and herbal practices..

Lisa Weger, RMT (MT022479)
Lisa is a licensed massage therapist. She received her Bachelors of Science in 1980 from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) in San Marcos. In 1999 she completed her massage therapy training from the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin. Lisa specializes in Swedish massage. Lisa joined the Renewed Health team in 2011.
Laura Coffey, Office Manager
Laura jumped feet first into complementary and alternative medicine by joining the team at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in 2002. Helping to foster many large academic and clinical projects, Laura worked with AOMA to achieve local and regional degree granting authority for the college, as well as expanding clinical operations. In 2015, Laura joined Austin Sports Medicine where she helped to manage the expansion to include onboarding of 7 new doctors, becoming the chiropractic provider for the Apple Wellness Center, and opening clinical offerings at D1 Sports in Georgetown and River Place Country Club. Happy to return to her acupuncture roots, in 2018 Laura joined the Renewed Health team bringing her expertise in clinic management and marketing, and hopes to continue to offer the best quality of care available in Central Texas.
